ARCHITECTURAL PLAN REVIEW EXPANDS INTO CAROLINAS MARKETĀ

First Project to Support The River District in Charlotte

Architectural Plan Review (APR) continues its national expansion with its entry into the Carolinas market, having been selected to manage architectural control for The River District, a transformative master-planned community in Charlotte developed by Crescent Communities. This milestone represents APR’s first project in the Carolinas region.

“Crescent Communities has a stellar reputation for creating exceptional communities throughout the Southeast, and we’re honored to partner with them on The River District,” said A’Lisa Ozment, founder and owner of Architectural Plan Review. “Our experience in creating and managing architectural control for master-planned communities aligns perfectly with Crescent’s vision for this landmark Charlotte development.”

Rainer Ficken,Ā Senior Managing Director at Crescent Communities, says, “The River District represents a significant investment in Charlotte’s future. We selected APR because its proven track record in architectural control will help ensure our vision is maintained throughout the community’s evolution.”

APRā€™s proprietary technology, APRTrac, simplifies and adds transparency to the architectural control process from builder design approvals to on-the-ground inspections.  With this expansion into the Carolinas, APR continues to build on its legacy of serving the country’s top residential developers and builders.  The company will celebrate its 25-year anniversary in 2025.
